Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Parties:

  • Disclosing Party: Goo Security Enterprises Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GooSE”)

  • Receiving Party: Any User (hereinafter referred to as “The User”)

Purpose:

This Nondisclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party for the purpose of preventing the unauthorized use and disclosure of Confidential Information as defined below.

Confidential Information:

  • The term “Confidential Information” refers to any information or data disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, whether in writing, orally, or through other means.

  • Examples of Confidential Information include:

    • Customer lists

    • Generated Documents and all information within

    • Expansion plans

    • Information about products or developments

    • Details about pending litigation

    • Data about a company’s clients

    • Any and all content including auditor written and photographic content

Obligations:

  1. The Receiving Party agrees to:

    • Use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose specified in this Agreement.

    • Maintain the confidentiality of the information and take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access.

    • Not disclose the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party.

  2. The Receiving Party’s obligations under this Agreement shall continue for an infinite period from the date of disclosure.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

By using this app, the Parties acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined in this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
